Ultra suede cuffs are now available at John Bead! They are currently packaged in two sizes and in several colours. Take a look here. This is my first project working with the new grey suede.
The suede is very easy to cut. I used a pair of my sewing scissors.
I am using the Crystal Applicator to make my cuffs have a snap closure. My one embellishment is a crystal buckle which fits perfectly on this 1 1/2 inch wide strip. There are many crystal buckles in the John Bead catalogue. They are a simple way to adorn leather!
All I had to do was add my snaps after I slid the buckle onto the suede.
Doesn’t that look great! My first project was super easy. Come back tomorrow for my next cuff!
