Love & Aloha Cylin Bead Project For Ben Franklin Hawaii

This is our third project with Jayne Tokumi of Bead Crumbs and we are so excited to share it just in time for Valentine and Galentine crafting.

Love & Aloha is a bright brick stitch heart made with our 11/0 Cylin beads, showing off that clean, precise stack that makes every row feel satisfying. The finished piece measures approximately 2.3 x 2 cm and works beautifully as a pendant or charm.

Even more special, this design celebrates the arrival of Cylin beads in Ben Franklin stores across Hawaii. Jayne guides you bead by bead with clear illustrations, so you can settle in, enjoy the rhythm of stitching, and create something heartfelt with a true island connection.

About the Designer

We would like to introduce you to Jayne of Bead Crumbs. A creator from Hawaii with a knack for turning tiny stitches into tiny stories. Her bead patterns have gathered a loyal following because each one begins as her own hand drawn sketch and grows into a character you can wear or gift.

Jayne joins us with a bright new series of projects featuring our Cylin beads. Her style fits them beautifully. Playful. Precise. Full of personality. She tests every project herself which gives her work a real handmade spirit that people love.

She ordinarily sells her patterns on Etsy where her designs have a devoted following. For John Bead, she is creating special projects that we are sharing at no cost and we hope makers will enjoy this little gift from her bench to theirs.

We selected Jayne to be our newest designer because Cylin beads are now available at Ben Franklin stores in Hawaii. Our collaboration is perfectly timed! Now our Hawaiian friends can shop local!
